Has its uses but limited and not very intuitive

Editor's rating: 3

Another small gripe is that the company’s online tutorial for the Ezidoesit Scheduler shows the Outlook calendar entries as coloured boxes, according to the priority level you give them as Ezidoesit tasks. This turned out not to be the case during our testing as this functionality is missing if you are using the program with Outlook 2003. Starsoft claims that the program works “seamlessly” with Outlook 2003, 2007 and 2010, but while all of the advertised functionality appears to be present in the 2003 version of Outlook, some functions appear to be limited.

Overall it’s a useful program if email is causing you stress but it’s not as well designed as it should be and it isn’t particularly intuitive. If email isn’t causing you a major headache, stay clear of this one, but if you’re at your wits’ end and email is driving you over the edge, Ezidoesit might be a good last resort.
